Just a quick post to show you a new baby card I made today with no stamping!! Not intentionally, I only realised afterwards. The ribbon idea is from the front page of the catalogue. Recipe below...
I used Nursery Suite papers and Accents, Old Olive ribbon, Bashful Blue textured cardstock, Whisper White cardstock and Basic Rhinestones, plus Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive and Mini Glue Dots.
This is my Valentine, I borrowed the idea from Shelli at Convention but made it without looking back and the photos so I didn't get side-tracked by her (better) ideas!
I used Early Espresso textured cardstock, a Notecard, Newsprint and Love Letter papers, linen thread, Neutrals buttons, Brads, Basic Rhinestones, Modern Label and Eyelet Border punches.
If you would like to purchase these items for yourself and earn a free SAB stamp set please get in touch at paperworks@hotmail.co.uk
Please leave comments, they make my day!

Oh, I really like the little folded ribbon accent you did on the baby card! Its such a sweet little card!
ReplyDeleteLiking that valentine card too! I am totally loving the trend of hanging tags up to look like little banners and bunting atm! Its such a cute and effective way to make a card, especially to add sentiment to a card! the border punch on each side is really cool too, I hadn't ever really thought about putting it down the sides before! It just seems to really finish off a simple looking card!
Woah, I think I've commented on almost every post you've put up here so far...I'm not a stalker, honest! I just enjoy seeing what you create! xx
Beautiful projects again Rhoda. Love the ribbon technique on the first one and use of the buttons on the the little banner. SO pretty. X
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet valentine. Great use of the modern label punch. Thanks for joining us at Stampin' Royalty this week.
ReplyDeleteRhoda, your cards are so pretty and your ideas keep growing. I don't think you will run out of them for a long time to come, with so many new techniques, materials and stamps to use. I love the blog, what a great way to share ideas. I am amazed at how quickly you create such beautiful cards and gifts, Love Mum
