Baby Card and Valentine

Just a quick post to show you a new baby card I made today with no stamping!! Not intentionally, I only realised afterwards.  The ribbon idea is from the front page of the catalogue.  Recipe below...

I used Nursery Suite papers and Accents, Old Olive ribbon, Bashful Blue textured cardstock, Whisper White cardstock and Basic Rhinestones, plus Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive and Mini Glue Dots.

This is my Valentine, I borrowed the idea from Shelli at Convention but made it without looking back and the photos so I didn't get side-tracked by her (better) ideas!

I used Early Espresso textured cardstock, a Notecard, Newsprint and Love Letter papers, linen thread, Neutrals buttons, Brads, Basic Rhinestones, Modern Label and Eyelet Border punches.

If you would like to purchase these items for yourself and earn a free SAB stamp set please get in touch at paperworks@hotmail.co.uk

Please leave comments, they make my day!

Downline gift

I am so excited and a little bit proud of myself!  You know the feeling when you have made something really beautiful and it has taken a while but it was so worth it...

Well that's how I feel just now.  Take a look...

Stampin' Up!'s beautiful patterned papers in a handy matchbook binder. I have seen these before and found a tutorial on Michelle Last's page (which is great!) and had a go, although I did change it a little.

They are missing three sets (I'm pacing myself) so my lovely downline will have something to look forward to from me later on.

If you would like to receive a set of these, contact me at paperworks@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks for visiting!  Don't forget, Sale-a-Bration ends on February 28th, if you would like take advantage of the Starter Kit offer or grab so lovely free sets, get in touch!  (Starter Kit bargain hunters will receive one of the Patterned paper matchbooks above!)

I really love reading your comments (whether you're a new Stampin' Up! friend or an 'old' one!)
