Very exciting new makes and a thank you

Just a little post to show you what I have been playing around with today!  I've got my littlest sister's wedding invitations on the go at the moment, plus some baby shower invitations so it's great to get a chance to just play.  Here's what I made with my Big Shot!  Let me know what you think and whether you would like to make these and three other designs at a class in May...

A pretty pink felt brooch...

 The little ones...

With some added felt leaves...

And a lovely thank you card that one of my friends made for me after borrowing Big Shot stuff to have a play with.  It's stunning, I love the monochrome and the Basic Black cardstock is textured and looks like velvet.  Thank you Pamela! xx

And because I like to give things away... if you add yourself as a follower of my blog during the next week, I will draw three names at random and send them a brooch, in their choice of dark or light pink!

How exciting..!  Look out for May class info coming soon... Very exciting projects and techniques to get your creative juices flowing!

Can't wait!

Thank you cards

Another short post to show you some thank you cards I've made for customer's recent orders.  I just used my Beautiful Wings Embosslit (and my Big Shot!), and the lovely sentiment stamp from the Breast Cancer Research Fund set, Strength and Hope set (£1 from each set sold goes to support the charity).  For an alternative I used the beautiful butterfly from the set too.

I stamped the sentiment in Pink Pirouette ink and then used a Rose Red Stampin Write marker over the 'thank you'.  I popped the butterfly out with a Dimensional and added a Basic Rhinestone.  Simplicity.

Let me know what you think and scroll down for a quick post baby card.

Let me know what you think!

Recipe:  Bundle of Love set, Subtles DSP, Rose Red seam binding ribbon, Basic Pearls, Shimmer Paint, Watercolour pencils, Staz on ink, Nursery Suite Accents, Crimper Tool, Taffeta ribbon, Jewellry Tag punch, Tiny Tags set, Rose Red cardstock and ink, Notecard.

If you would like to make this card or purchase anything used to make it, please contact me at paperworks@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks for stopping by,
